I put a bulletin board up about 10 ways to de-stress. I have notice some of you have commented that you needed this bulletin board. So I hope you all look at it and use it as a resource to de-stress from a stressful test, day or week. Just remember that I am all here for you and you are more than welcome to come and talk to me.
